If you simply want to find out how your crossbow is performing or want to tune it to perfection the Shooting Chrony F1 is a vital piece of equipment.
For the everyday bow hunter who wants to better dial in their equipment nothing can beat the value and accuracy of the Shooting Chrony F1 Chronograph. It measures the speed of arrows, bullets and other projectiles from 30 to 7000 fps. It can be mounted on a tripod or placed on a table. The Shooting Chrony F1 Chronograph features a large LCD display that shows numbered shot velocities. The unit itself is extremely easy to use and can be setup in a couple minutes. All you need to do once you open the box is plug in your 9V battery (lasts up to 48 hours), stick in the 4 wire-rods, attached the 2 polyethylene connectors and switch it on, it’s that easy.
The display can be setup for metric or imperial. It displays the numbered shot velocities and will show your last velocity until you take your next shot. These units scream old school manufacturing being built out of 20 gauge steel they seem bullet proof (not literally). On top of all of the Shooting Chrony is made in Canada and comes with a 3 year manufacture warranty.
The units an invaluable tool when it comes to tuning your equipment to perfection and I can highly recommend it.
The Buck Bomb is an incredibly effective scent dispersal system that provides unparalleled broadcast range and downwind coverage.
Buck Bomb is an aerosol doe estrus urine scent that you can spray intermittently or lock to dispense the entire can. It’s a natural estrus scent so naturally you will have the most success drawing the attention of a buck during the rut. Buck Bomb advertises a 3 year shelf life on the product and I can attest to that as I’ve utilized older cans that appear to have not lost their potency.
This extended shelf life maybe a benefit of the aerosol container, as oxygen and UV light can normally degrade other attractants using plastic bottles. I’ve found this is a great product to spray on leaves and trees as you hike into a stand or simply release when your up there. It’s also a great cover scent if you’re in thicker brush where the wind maybe swirling or if the wind changes on you.
The only drawback to this product is during cold temperatures, the aerosol can must be kept warm or it cannot release properly. This isn’t a big deal and overall this is a great product and my go to attractant during the rut.
Whitetail, Blacktail, and Mule Deer can all respond quickly and dramatically to the consistent doe Estrus Bleat produced by Primos Can calls.
